I'm not familiar with the individual G-forces of the rides at Gardaland, but you can run (crappy) G-force accelerometer trackers on your phone while riding to get a sense of positive G-forces on the coasters there. I would imagine Oblivion to have the most intense pullout of the selection. Most large coasters have about 3 to 5 positive Gs.

So, all in all Gardaland is a great, well-rounded park with something for everyone, and great theming (paticularly on the water rides), however they're lacking in the coaster department. Most of them are clones, and obviously Raptor could be better, but without Raptor it's a VERY weak line up, so it was a good addition in that respect.
